- Mangools' three plans as of November 2026: Basic $61 a month, Premium $81, Agency $141. Billed yearly: $37.70, $52.70 and $97.70 a month.
- One bundle, three sizes. Every plan includes KWFinder, SERPChecker, SERPWatcher, LinkMiner and SiteProfiler, plus AI Search Watcher and API and MCP access. You cannot buy KWFinder on its own.
- The limits that matter are keyword lookups (100 / 24h, 500 / 24h or 1,200 / 24h), tracked keywords (200, 700, 1,500) and how often rankings update: weekly, except daily on Agency.
- Refunds are fast or not at all: Mangools refunds in full within 48 hours of payment, and the offer does not apply to two consecutive subscriptions.
- For one website you own, Google Search Console is free, and MrKeyword (our product) is free for 25 tracked keywords, then $10 a month with daily positions from Search Console. Neither shows competitors' rankings the way SERPWatcher does.

How much does Mangools cost?
As of November 2026, Mangools costs $61 a month for Basic, $81 for Premium and $141 for Agency on monthly billing, or $37.70, $52.70 and $97.70 a month on an annual plan. The annual plans are charged as one payment of $452.40, $632.40 or $1,172.40 a year. There is no Enterprise tier on the page; Agency is the largest plan.
Mangools sells one bundle rather than separate tools. Each plan includes the same five tools, KWFinder for keyword research, SERPChecker for results-page analysis, SERPWatcher for rank tracking, LinkMiner for backlinks and SiteProfiler for domain metrics, plus AI Search Watcher for prompts in AI answers, and API and MCP access. The plans differ in how much you can use them.

What does each Mangools plan limit?
Each Mangools plan limits daily lookups in KWFinder and SERPChecker, the number of keywords SERPWatcher tracks and how often it updates them, backlink rows and seats; the number of domains you track is unlimited on all three. Lookups reset every 24 hours, so the limit is about daily pace rather than a monthly pool.
Basic, $61 a month
Basic is for "solopreneurs, freelance SEOs and marketers". It gives 100 keyword lookups / 24h, 100 SERP lookups a day, up to 200 keyword suggestions per search, 200 tracked keywords updated weekly, 100,000 backlink rows a month and 20 SiteProfiler lookups a day. It has no extra seats: one person uses it.
Premium, $81 a month
Premium, "for marketing teams and specialists", raises the pace to 500 keyword lookups / 24h and 500 SERP lookups, removes the cap on suggestions per search, tracks 700 keywords weekly and gives 500,000 backlink rows a month and 70 site lookups a day. The page lists 3 extra seats available.
Agency, $141 a month
Agency, "for professional SEOs and marketing agencies", allows 1,200 keyword lookups / 24h, tracks 1,500 keywords and is the only plan where SERPWatcher updates rankings daily. It adds 1.2 million backlink rows a month and 150 site lookups a day, and the page lists 5 extra seats available.
What every plan includes
All three include AI Search Watcher PRO with 500 monitored prompts and unlimited monitors, and API and MCP access, so you can query Mangools data from your own scripts or an AI assistant. The pricing page does not show a separate price for extra seats or extra tracked keywords.
How much do you save with a Mangools annual plan?
An annual Mangools plan saves about 35%: Basic costs $452.40 a year instead of $732 paid monthly, a saving of $279.60. Premium saves $339.60 ($632.40 instead of $972) and Agency $519.60 ($1,172.40 instead of $1,692). Those are the figures the pricing page shows when you switch between its Annually and Monthly settings.
That discount is larger than most SEO suites give: Semrush and Ahrefs both advertise up to 17%, and SE Ranking 20%. The trade-off is the refund window, below.
Does Mangools offer a free trial or refund?
Mangools offers a full refund within 48 hours of payment if you are not satisfied, and a free account with limited lookups; its pricing page does not list a free trial of the paid plans. The refund does not apply to two consecutive subscriptions, so it works once, as a short test. Subscriptions renew automatically until you turn renewal off, and you can upgrade, downgrade or cancel at any time; the account stays upgraded until the end of the period you paid for.
Forty-eight hours is short. Before paying, use the free account to check KWFinder's data on your own keywords; our KWFinder alternatives guide covers what the free allowance includes and where KWFinder's volumes come from. Mangools takes cards, bank transfer, crypto and PayPal through Paddle.
Check keyword volumes free, from Google's own dataMrKeyword's keyword research tool shows Google Keyword Planner volumes through the official API, with the source and time on every figure.
Check a keywordWhich Mangools plan should you choose?
Choose Basic if one person researches a handful of keywords a day and tracks up to 200, Premium for a small team or heavier research, and Agency only if you need daily rank updates or more than 700 tracked keywords. The jump from weekly to daily tracking is the main reason to pay for Agency.
| If you are… | Plan that fits | Why |
|---|---|---|
| A blogger or freelancer researching niches | Basic | 100 keyword lookups / 24h, 200 keywords weekly |
| A small marketing team | Premium | 500 keyword lookups / 24h, 3 extra seats available |
| An agency reporting rankings to clients | Agency | Daily updates on 1,500 keywords |
| Someone tracking only their own site | Possibly none | Search Console has your positions free |
What are cheaper alternatives to Mangools?
SpyFu's Basic plan costs less than Mangools Basic and also researches competitors, Keyword.com is cheaper for rank tracking alone, and Google Search Console and MrKeyword cost less or nothing if you mainly need your own site's data. Mangools is already one of the cheaper research suites, so the right alternative depends on which of its tools you actually use.
Alternatives to Mangools, entry plans as of November 2026
| Tool and plan | Monthly billing | Billed yearly | Tracked keywords | Projects / sites | Where positions come from |

If you mostly use KWFinder for search volume, Google Keyword Planner is free with a Google Ads account, and our best keyword research tools comparison sets out where each tool's volumes come from. If you mostly use SERPWatcher, our rank tracker alternatives page compares it with AccuRanker, Wincher and SE Ranking. For every vendor in one table, see SEO tool pricing compared.
MrKeyword, which we make, covers the own-site side for less: daily positions from your Search Console and Bing data, Keyword Planner volumes, a site audit and a backlink checker. The Free plan covers 1 website and 25 tracked keywords; Starter is $10 a month for 500 keywords, Growth $19 for 3 websites and Agency $49 for 10.
Is Mangools worth the price?
Mangools is good value for one person or a small team who want simple keyword research, results-page analysis and light rank tracking in one tool, especially on the annual plan. It puts five tools behind one login, and the annual price of Basic is among the lowest for a suite that researches any domain.
It is weaker for rank tracking at scale: below Agency, positions update weekly, and 1,500 keywords is the ceiling. Teams that live in rank reports may find a dedicated tracker, or SE Ranking's daily tracking, better value per keyword.
What MrKeyword does not do
MrKeyword is not a replacement for Mangools if you rely on SERPChecker's results-page analysis or on keyword data for sites you do not own.
- No web-scale keyword index. It cannot list every keyword a competitor ranks for. Its search volumes come from Google Keyword Planner through the official Google Ads API, for the keywords you research.
- Competitor positions are predicted, not measured. The Competitors tab in rank tracking estimates where rival domains rank from MrKeyword's own index and labels every figure Predicted.
- No live SERP checks. It never scrapes Google. Your positions are Google's own average positions from Search Console (and Bing Webmaster Tools), for sites you verify, with Google's usual 2 to 3 day delay.
- A smaller link index. Backlinks and Link Authority come from MrKeyword's web graph, which is smaller than the link indexes the big suites run.
- No local pack, map or ads tracking, and no social media or PPC toolkits.
