Privacy Policy

MrKeyword provides SEO analysis, reporting and workspace tools. This policy explains the information we process to operate the service.

Information we collect

We collect account details such as your name and email address, workspace settings, billing details supplied through our payment provider, and the information you choose to connect to MrKeyword.

Google and Bing connections

When you connect a search provider, MrKeyword uses only the permission you approve. Google Search Console access is read-only. We use it to show search performance, identify opportunities and generate reports; we do not change your Search Console properties. Connection tokens are encrypted at rest.

AI features

Some features, such as AI page audits and AI content briefs, use a third-party AI model provider that MrKeyword selects, for example OpenAI or Anthropic. Nothing is sent to that provider until someone in your workspace runs one of these features.

When you run one, we send the provider what it needs to write the answer: your website’s name and address, the text and tags of the page being reviewed, the results of our automated checks for that page, and the Search Console queries and performance figures that relate to it. We do not send your name, email address, password, payment details or your Google or Bing connection tokens.

The provider processes this information on our behalf to generate the response. AI output is a suggestion for you to review; the rankings, search volumes and audit checks shown in MrKeyword are measured or calculated by our own systems, not written by an AI model.

Connecting your own AI assistant

If you create an API token and connect an assistant such as Claude or Cursor through our API or MCP server, that assistant can read the workspace data the token allows and, only if you switch that on for the token, make changes. Data your assistant retrieves is then handled under your own agreement with that assistant’s provider. You can revoke a token at any time in Settings.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service, maintain workspaces, process requests, support customers, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.

Sharing and retention

We share information only with service providers needed to run MrKeyword, such as hosting, email, payments, AI model providers and approved data providers, or when required by law. We retain account and workspace data while your account is active and for a reasonable period needed for security, records and dispute handling.

Your choices

You can disconnect a provider, manage workspace access or request account assistance by emailing townmedialabs@gmail.com.
